Start Services for Residential / Commercial

Prior to having water/sewer/garbage services connected, you must complete an Application, Terms of Service Form (see link below) and pay deposit. Residential service deposit is $175 for Mobile Homes(proof of owner/lease), Rental Properties(copy of lease/rental agreement) and $100 for Home Owners (proof of ownership). BMWD will retain this deposit as long as the account is active. An application and proof of identification must be presented at time of application.

Prior to having your service transferred you must have your new lease information and a transfer form completed.

Prior to having your services disconnected please have a Disconnect form completed.

New Development / Un built Land

For all New Developments / Un built Land Application for Service / Annex has to be completed prior for service verification.

After application is received there will be a Pre-Facility Inspection ($60.00) charge to customer.  Water service will not begin until an approval has been given from the district as well as the district engineer and all fees are paid in full.
